Don't buy these--THEY ARE NOT COVERS. I inquired to Customer Support to purchase replacement "covers" for the existing Braided Jute Pillows that I currently have. I reached out to Customer Support in advance to make sure they had "covers" for me to purchase. Support even sent me a link to purchase the item. When I received the item, it was 100% wrong. They sent me pillows with inserts-NOT COVERS. The item didn't even have a zipper (as indicated in the description). Totally unusable. When I reached out to Customer Support, they requested I send photos. I did, then nothing-no response from Customer Support...I reached out again for help...nothing. I even called twice, leaving voice mail. Nothing. Such a disappointment. Now at 6 emails sent to Customer Support, 2 voice mails left and pillows that are usable.
