I can’t review the product as I never received it. If it is anything like the shopping experience, it deserves less than 1-star.
The only contact/support information provided is an email, but zero luck with that.
I contacted this ‘company’ seconds after purchasing an item to make a correction to their shipping address - no confirmation screen was available. No response.
I emailed again four days later, to ask for assistance again. No response.
I emailed again later that same day when I received an automated message saying the package was in transit. No response.
I emailed for the fourth time when the package was delivered to the wrong location. No response.
Is there anyone working at Mod Lifestyles, or is this just some bootleg front?
Very dissatisfied.
